Such violations include e.g. neglected rent payments, continuous disruptive behavior, transferring the rental rights without a subletting agreement or transferring the use of a part of the apartment to another party without the permission of the landlord. The rental agreement will be terminated with immediate effect when the cancellation of the contract notice has been delivered to the tenant. The inspection is usually carried out on weekdays between 7.00 and 15.00, without the need to agree on a time or for the tenant to be present. The accommodation should be cleaned, emptied and keys left in the apartment for the inspection. The inspection is usually carried out the day after the end of the rental agreement, if nothing else has been agreed on.<\/p>\n

The tenant is responsible for the condition of the accommodation until the end of the contract.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”30″][vc_custom_heading text=”Deposit return” font_container=”tag:h2|font_size:35|text_align:left|color:%2378ae2b|line_height:45px” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text text_direction=”default”]The deposit refunds are done from the 15th of the following month, however no later than four weeks after the ending of the rental agreement. The deposit is paid to the account number received from the tenant. A prerequisite is that there are no open inquiries, such as unpaid rents etc.<\/p>\n
