Fault reporting

If you notice anything broken or any safety-related issues (e.g., lighting, doors, equipment), in Majstranden’s public spaces or in your rental apartment, we ask you to please report them immediately via the electronic fault reporting service.

All issues are handled without any further delay.

In urgent matters, such as if you’ve locked yourself out of the apartment, you can also call our maintenance service (weekdays 7-15) on +358 29 428 2910

Outside these hours, please contact the on-call service

This is how to make a report

Start by choosing the correct address to the right

Enter your name, telephone number and e-mail

Enter a description of the issue as accurately as possible (Remember your home address if it concerns your apartment!)
